When the two machines are compared, there is no comparison. The Cool Sculpt machine freezes away the fat. The ultrasound cavitation melts the fat away with heat and radio frequency. It is said that Cavitation returns and multiplies the results when the CoolSculpting doesn't work for the ultrasound. A person can lose from 2-6 inches in one session.
