This is for coupon appointment bookings only.
Service Description
The consult is used for our weight loss program. This service is for clients who have a coupon for a service. This booking is for all coupon services. This doesn't override the reservation per appointment. The coupon is for the discounted treatment. Not scheduling. This reserves the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please be sure you have scheduled a consult before all appointments are scheduled .If you need to cancel or reschedule or cancel 24 hours prior or deposit will be held. Please go online to schedule.
